Join us on a rewarding journey at Vynca!

Our clinical company provides intensive home-based palliative care to those with serious illness and complex psychosocial needs. We visit patients in their homes and by video. We work alongside primary care and specialty physicians to provide much-needed support for their patients. Our physician-led integrated care team includes board-certified internists and nurse practitioners, social workers, registered nurses, care managers, care coordinators, and chaplains.

We obtain patient referrals from the community (e.g., physicians, skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes, assisted living, hospitals, and home health agencies). We do not need primary care physicians to sign referral orders – our patients can enroll in our service. With our specialty palliative care service, our patients continue to receive curative treatment for their chronic diseases.

At Vynca, we are more than just a team; we are a close-knit community. Our shared commitment to caring for each other and those we serve is what sets us apart. Guided by our unwavering core values of Excellence, Compassion, Curiosity, and Integrity, we forge paths of success together. Join us in this transformative movement where you can contribute to making a profound difference every day.

At Vynca, our mission is to provide comprehensive care for more quality days at home.
