In collaboration with other team members, this position handles the beginning stages of the loan origination process and acts as an initial liaison for the market. Responsibilities include reviewing customer needs, collecting information for the loan application, reviewing applications for completeness, collateral, and other financial information needed for application review. Role success will be based on perception of customer experience, reaching more customers within the market, compliance, attainment of monthly goals, accuracy and active learning. The District Support Specialist will learn the lending and servicing business at OneMain allowing them to grow their career.
