Location: Preferred: Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, or Virginia (Remote with Travel)
Travel: Biweekly to monthly travel to the project site in Southeastern Pennsylvania and Northern Delaware
Duration: 18–24 Month Contract (Potential for Full-Time Conversion)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of natural gas pipeline projects.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, environmental, permitting, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues, risks, and potential delays.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, change orders, and project controls.
- Ensure project activities are executed in accordance with applicable safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate project status, risks, and key milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
- Support coordination of field activities and regularly travel to the project site as needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external project partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- 5–8 years of project management experience, preferably within the energy, utilities, construction, or infrastructure industries.
- Direct experience managing natural gas pipeline projects is strongly preferred/required.
- Experience managing linear infrastructure projects such as pipelines, utilities, transmission, telecommunications, or similar projects may be considered.
- Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, budgets, contractors, and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel to the project site in Southeastern Pennsylvania/Northern Delaware on a biweekly or monthly basis.
- Experience with natural gas transmission, distribution, gathering, or related pipeline projects.
- Experience working with permitting and regulatory agencies.
- FERC permitting experience is a plus, but not required.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification.
- Engineering, construction management, or related technical background.
