We are seeking a Risk Consultant on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is on-site in Morristown, NJ.

We are seeking a Risk Consultant on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is on-site in Morristown, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and closely adhere to reporting schedules for each client by entity and state
- Request and obtain payroll, class codes, hours, loss information, financial statements, and other required documents from clients, TPAs, or other sources
- Follow up with clients or other parties to ensure timely receipt of required information and compliance with strict state deadlines
- Review the status of all activities and input information into various state web portals
- Guide clients in certifying and signing off on information in state web portals
- Instruct clients on payment requirements
- Maintain detailed records of all activities, including document requests, data, actuarial reports, and proof of payments
- Assist clients in adding entities to state programs as needed
- Review surety bonds and other security requirements by state and provide actuarial reports or other required documentation to support security
- Experience conducting annual and quarterly filings in multiple states
- Prior experience in employer risk management, HR, payroll, brokerage, consulting, or state insurance/labor filing environments
