We are growing, and we are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Operations Analyst.

This role is the operational backbone of the firm. The Operations Analyst will own the day-to-day execution of client service operations, from ad hoc client requests and money movements to account opening and ongoing maintenance.

Working in close partnership with our advisors, this person will help deliver the seamless, white-glove experience our clients expect. The ideal candidate is dependable, discreet, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and follow-through matter.
