A partner of The Mom Project in the automotive industry is seeking a contract Business Analyst to help support their business needs.

- Support global business partners, including occasional off-hours support as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
- Help manage implementation of change requests and enhancements within the Global Warranty Management System (GWM).
- Support sustainability and ongoing maintenance of the GWM system.
- Raise, track, and escalate IT tickets to resolve identified system issues or implement enhancements.
- Assist external organizations and dealer business centers with warranty claim processing issues and system-related concerns.
- Create and manage system links or updates to support accurate warranty claim processing.
- Process and update labor codes and support related user testing activities.
- Work directly with dealers to resolve operational and system-related concerns.
- Attend standard team and operational meetings.
- Perform additional related duties and assignments as needed.
- Support operational workflows in a globally focused environment.
- Work efficiently within repetitive processes while adapting to new tasks and skill-building opportunities.
- 0-2 years of related experience required.
- Open to equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Engineering or technical degree preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
- Strong efficiency and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate a self-starter mentality.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in repetitive operational environments while adapting to evolving tasks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to support global teams and occasional off-hours business needs.
- Forward-thinking mindset with willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Automotive parts knowledge preferred.
- M-F, 40 hours/week
- Hybrid 60% in Warren, MI (Tues-Wed-Thurs); 40% work from home (Mon & Fri)
- Core hours are 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. (flexibility in start/stop time)
