Our Customer is a leading global, diversified information, services and media company with more than 360 businesses. Its major interests include various financial services, medical information and services businesses, and lastly, ownership in cable television networks such as A&E, HISTORY, Lifetime and ESPN; 33 television stations; 24 daily and 52 weekly newspapers; digital services businesses; and nearly 250 magazines around the world.

Our Customer is seeking a Generative AI Training and Support Specialist on a contract basis to help support their business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in NYC.

We are seeking candidates who are energized by the fast-moving world of generative AI and enjoy helping people build confidence with new technology. The candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting generative AI training and enablement programs for employees across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Design and facilitate live and on-demand training sessions focused on generative AI tools, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and similar platforms
  • Develop engaging learning materials, including guides, job aids, presentations, and video content for employees with varying levels of AI proficiency
  • Support AI community programs and learning initiatives through session coordination, logistics management, and content development
  • Serve as a resource for employee questions related to AI tools, use cases, and responsible AI usage practices
  • Partner with HR, Legal, and technical stakeholders to ensure training materials align with enterprise AI policies, data privacy standards, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to create AI-focused soft skills and organizational change training content
  • Track training participation, engagement metrics, and learner feedback to improve training effectiveness
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to stay informed on AI platform updates and emerging learning opportunities
  • Serve as the primary administrator for enterprise AI platforms, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise
  • Manage platform configurations, organizational settings, user provisioning, and workspace administration
  • Maintain organizational structures, workspace segmentation, and user access controls by department or business unit
  • Act as the primary liaison with enterprise AI vendors and escalate technical issues when needed
  • Generate reports related to platform utilization, licensing, compliance, and chargeback tracking

Skills And Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in training, instructional design, adult education, or related fields
  • 1-2 years of experience administering enterprise AI platforms such as OpenAI or Claude Enterprise
  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and data privacy practices
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms
  • Experience training or educating users on generative AI tools and workflows
  • Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience designing and facilitating live, virtual, in-person, and asynchronous learning experiences
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-changing environments with evolving technologies and policies
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Familiarity with responsible AI usage principles and governance practices
  • Experience developing AI-focused organizational change or leadership training programs
  • Experience collaborating with enterprise software vendors and support teams
