Our Customer is an American financial services mutual organization based in Milwaukee. The financial security company provides consultation on wealth and asset income protection, education planning, retirement planning, investment advisory services, financial planning trust and private client services, estate planning and business planning. Its products include life insurance, permanent life insurance, disability income, and long-term care insurance; annuities; investments; and investment advisory products and services.
Our customer is looking for an Insurance Document Associate on a contract basis to help support their business needs. This role is on-site in Franklin, WI.

Our customer is looking for an Insurance Document Associate on a contract basis to help support their business needs. This role is on-site in Franklin, WI.
Responsibilities
- Manage the shipping and distribution of contracts and policies, including Life, Disability Insurance (DI), and Annuity documents
- Process and reprocess returned contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
- Perform high-volume clerical and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contract handling and shipping
- Support daily operations as part of a team of 8 to ensure a timely and efficient workflow
- Handle physical materials, including lifting and moving boxes weighing 15–20 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Background in clerical, administrative, or warehouse operations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting boxes up to 20 lbs consistently
- Non-registered fingerprint clearance required
