<div> Location: Occasional on-site in Riverside County, CA Core Responsibilities <ul><li>Take and defend depositions in a multi-defendant negligence case on behalf of plaintiffs. Propound discovery to defendants and respond to defendants’ discovery requests; issue depositions subpoenas for third party witnesses; handle meet and confers (including law and motion) for all discovery disputes. </li></ul> Qualifications/Skills <ul><li>At least 5 years personal injury litigation experience in California Superior Court. Must have personal injury trial experience. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. </li></ul> Company Benefits/Perks <ul><li>We are a small, very collegial firm. 90% of the work can be performed remotely (most depositions will be conducted via Zoom), and most hearings can be attended remotely as well. Bonuses available based on monthly productivity.</li></ul> </div>
