Our Customer is a Silicon Valley-based company that is engaged in researching emerging technologies.

We are seeking a contract HR Operations Specialist to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is on-site in Mountain View, CA.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the HR process for all dispatchers
• Provide support for new dispatcher settlements
• Review and maintain HR guideline documents
• Compile periodic analysis reports related to HR data
• Respond to miscellaneous requests from internal teams
• Manage office events and assist in planning and organizing company events such as all-hands meetings, happy hours, and team-building activities
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5-7 years of overall professional work experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably within technology companies
• Fluency in English and Korean required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer/IT systems
• Advanced Excel skills preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of integrity and sound judgment in handling confidential information
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Korean bilingual proficiency required

• Experience supporting immigration processes
