We are seeking a contract Legal Editor (JD required) to support the review of LLM-generated output of US Legal Content. This role is 100% remote - candidates must be generally available during standard business hours without conflicting employment obligations.
This project will test the outputs from a Large Language Model (LLM) that is being tested for the creation of AI-generated draft US legal content, including memos and briefs; summaries of US legal content types, including opinions and statutes; and research answers. Using Excel and other tools, a portion of the work will involve creating inputs/prompts for an LLM and analyzing outputs from the model for model training. Editors may be asked to evaluate outputs for specific legal content against a set of required elements. The editors may also be asked to evaluate the accuracy of both the summary, answer, and draft content, and any statutory rules or case citations contained within the output. For both tasks, editors will be required to provide assessment rating feedback and to provide additional feedback commentary as necessary.
Responsibilities
Commuter Benefits are available through our 3rd Party Employer of Record (Available upon completion of waiting period for eligible engagements).
Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k, STD/LTD, and AD&D.
An Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
