Our Customer was founded in 1982 in an effort to create a solid accounting firm headed by native professionals. They later branched out to other services, which is now a multinational professional services network with offices in over 150 countries and territories around the world. With more than 100,000 professionals, they provide audit and assurance, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory services to a broad cross-section of the largest corporations and governmental agencies.
We are seeking a Program Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is on-site in San Francisco, CA.

We are seeking a Program Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is on-site in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities
- Define and own product vision, outcomes, and multi-quarter roadmap aligned with business goals
- Lead cross-functional delivery across multiple workstreams with integrated plans, milestones, and dependencies
- Serve as the primary product point of contact for decisions, priorities, scope, and tradeoffs
- Establish operating cadence, including intake, prioritization, roadmap reviews, release planning, and governance forums
- Manage and prioritize product backlog, balancing business value, risk, capacity, and dependencies
- Translate business needs into features, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Define MVP scope and manage incremental releases to deliver measurable outcomes
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to align on solution design, technical requirements, and delivery sequencing
- Drive user discovery activities, including personas, journey mapping, and usability insights
- Lead UX/UI design teams and establish experience standards across digital platforms
- Define and track product outcomes, OKRs, and KPIs with analytics partners
- Lead experimentation and testing initiatives to inform roadmap decisions
- Coordinate delivery across application domains and cross-company dependencies
- Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions to ensure delivery assurance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management for web or mobile products
- Experience delivering healthcare or regulated industry digital products
- Strong agile product delivery experience, including roadmaps, backlogs, discovery, and release planning
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills driven by data and user insights
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Strong program delivery and dependency management experience
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, roadmapping platforms, analytics tools, and user research methods
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and functional teams
- Experience with experimentation platforms and advanced analytics tools
- Experience leading design teams and establishing UX governance
