We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is on-site in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for, monitor performance of, and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled facilities operatives
  • Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors
  • Assist in managing on-site contractors to ensure service standards are met
  • Support procurement of vendors and services as needed
  • Assist with financial processes, including purchase orders, accrual reports, and finance tracking
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing within internal financial management systems
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, safety procedures, and building assessments
  • Support the implementation of property risk management programs and best practice operations
  • Maintain facilities in clean, safe, and good working condition
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning and monitoring
  • Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures
  • Support the preparation of management reports and special projects
  • Meet key performance indicators and service level agreement targets

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Self-motivated with a confident and energetic attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain flexible and perform under pressure
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Clean driving record
