We are seeking a Platform Implementation Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This is a remote role, with preferred locations in New York City and San Francisco. Candidates in Phoenix, Los Angeles, Denver, and Chicago will also be considered.

Responsibilities
- Lead merchant onboarding and implementation for commerce platform products to ensure smooth transitions from existing digital ordering solutions
- Serve as primary point of contact coordinating internal and external stakeholders throughout implementation
- Schedule kickoff calls and project manage setup of online ordering, mobile apps, loyalty programs, and gift card solutions
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support merchant success from day one
- Troubleshoot technical issues across merchant websites and internal systems
- Educate merchants on product functionality and provide operational support during initial usage
- Collect and document merchant feedback on products and onboarding experience
- Deliver clear communication and presentations to merchants throughout the implementation process
- Act as a product and cross-functional subject matter expert for online ordering solutions
- Support sales and account management teams with implementation challenges
- Share operational insights and product feedback with internal teams
- Meet service standards and timeline goals for onboarding projects
- Identify workflow improvements to enhance merchant success and team efficiency
- Adapt quickly in an evolving work environment and drive immediate results
- Fluency in English and Chinese or Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, project management, or account management
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks accurately and on time
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams
- Strong presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Experience working in platform-based or digital commerce environments
