We are seeking a Workplace Experience Strategist on contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Houston, TX, with possible travel within the Americas region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and regional implementation of Colleague Experience Program initiatives across the Americas
  • Partner with operational and support teams to align workplace experience programs with business objectives and global strategy
  • Serve as strategic advisor and relationship champion within partnership models to drive mutual success and value creation
  • Collaborate with Global Workplace Experience teams to ensure consistency with global vision and standards
  • Champion colleague experience initiatives with business leadership and identify opportunities for program adoption and support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through regular forums and feedback sessions
  • Establish and support governance frameworks, including monthly, quarterly, and annual review meetings
  • Plan, manage, and execute site-specific colleague experience initiatives adapted to regional needs
  • Drive continuous improvement through analytics, benchmarking, and performance insights
  • Identify service enhancement opportunities and support cost/value decision-making
  • Develop business cases for program pilots and innovation initiatives
  • Support on-site teams with project planning, execution, and progress reporting
  • Identify themes and priorities aligned to program objectives
  • Oversee regional employee engagement strategy and support site-level engagement plans
  • Partner with business resource groups and communications teams to drive engagement initiatives
  • Champion workplace strategy and change management programs in alignment with global roadmap
  • Share best practices, innovations, progress updates, and success stories across the region

Skills And Qualifications

  • Experience in workplace services, corporate real estate, hospitality, events, or service-oriented industries
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline
  • Proven track record delivering innovative programs with measurable business and employee experience outcomes
  • Knowledge of workplace operations, including visitor management, meeting room support, engagement programs, internal communications, and facilities services
  • Experience leveraging workplace analytics for data-driven decision-making
  • Understanding of office design principles and modern ways of working
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
  • Experience working across multiple countries and cultures within the Americas region
  • Strong communication and engagement skills with internal teams and external clients
  • Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills preferred
  • Willingness to travel as required
