We are seeking an HR Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an escalation point and a coach for channel advisors
  • Provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers on complex HR cases
  • Apply playbooks, protocols, and case management standards while contributing to continuous improvements
  • Consistently apply company policies and standards across all situations
  • Manage high volumes of cases while meeting performance metrics and service expectations
  • Consult with team managers and senior specialists for complex case support
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence and Shared Services teams to deliver end-to-end employee support
  • Maintain, update, and improve employee-facing HR process and policy documentation

Skills And Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing human-assisted HR support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across employees, managers, and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Strong emotional intelligence and empathy in employee interactions
  • Strong active listening skills to understand concerns and needs
  • Ability to deliver difficult messages with tact and diplomacy
