Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will work directly with the Director of Marketing and Sales team, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Required Skills And Experience

• Ensure our marketing and social media departments are operating smoothly and successfully
• Collaborate with our Director of Marketing and Sales team to provide dedicated assistance and strategic guidance on assigned projects.
• Understand our company’s needs, goals, and objectives to effectively communicate with internal teams and ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate and facilitate social media calendars
• Proactively communicates with the marketing department, sales team, and clients to provide updates on project status, address any concerns, and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure task requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients based on their needs and goals.
• Monitor marketing KPIs and engagement levels, taking proactive steps to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and project details in our CRM system.
  
  

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous team environment.
• Ability to create and schedule monthly social media calendars
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure client success.
• Experience across all social media platforms and social media scheduling tools
• Experience in the financial sector or with financial advisors is preferred.
