Our Customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut. The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary.

We are seeking a Video Personalization Manager on a contract basis to support our customer’s ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

• Evolve digital personalization strategy by enhancing email messaging through data-driven insights and continuous improvement
• Manage intake of video personalization requests, including gathering and documenting business requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Support QA and post-launch monitoring of personalization elements to ensure functionality, proper rendering, and data accuracy
• Measure and analyze personalization performance to deliver regular insights and results
• Manage scopes, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects involving internal teams and external vendors
• Develop expertise in the video personalization platform while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of email and video marketing best practices
• Partner with the Marketing Innovation team to roll out personalization capabilities across the organization
