Our Customer is an American financial services mutual organization based in Milwaukee. The financial security company provides consultation on wealth and asset income protection, education planning, retirement planning, investment advisory services, financial planning trust and private client services, estate planning and business planning. Its products include life insurance, permanent life insurance, disability income, and long-term care insurance; annuities; investments; and investment advisory products and services.
Our customer is looking for a Senior Compliance Clerk on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is on-site in Milwaukee, WI.
Part-time, 25 hours/week

Our customer is looking for a Senior Compliance Clerk on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is on-site in Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the Marketing Materials Compliance team, including day-to-day administrative and compliance workflows
- Support change management activities for key marketing technology change initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and support the creation and updating of compliance-related materials
- Assist with communications related to compliance processes, updates, and technology changes
- Support cross-functional coordination across internal applications and teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time
- Track tasks, milestones, and action items to support successful project outcomes
- Support reporting and data-related tasks, including Power BI reporting as needed
- Ensure all work is completed with strong accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to compliance standards
- 3–5 years of related experience in compliance and/or marketing with demonstrated project support experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear documentation and communications
- Ability to work independently with strong follow-through and ownership
- Experience supporting project execution, change management, or operational initiatives
- Comfort working across multiple internal applications and tools
- Experience working with data and/or Power BI preferred
- FINRA registrations not required; role is non-registered and requires fingerprinting
