Snapsheet is seeking a Licensing and Compliance Manager to join our growing team!

Snapsheet is looking for an experienced Manager of Licensing and Compliance to oversee our insurance adjuster and appraiser licensing processes. This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory and licensing requirements across various states and jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have experience using licensing platforms for applications and renewals, and be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new adjusters and appraisers, ensuring compliance and proper association with our firm. The ideal candidate will also be detail-oriented with a proactive approach to documenting, updating, and effectively communicating changes to Snapsheet’s licensing process and best practices.

What you'll do as a Licensing and Compliance Manager at Snapsheet:

  • Oversee and manage the licensing process for insurance adjusters and appraisers using tools and application portals such as Rhoades, Sircon, SBS, and NIPR.
  • Maintain appraisal and independent adjuster firm licenses.
  • Own the onboarding process for new adjusters and appraisers, ensuring they are fully licensed or properly associated with our firm.
  • Consult with operations leaders to project licensing needs based on business volume and upcoming projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of licensing requirements and adapt to regulatory changes.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline the licensing process.
  • Manage the continuing education process for maintaining licensing, including communicating CE deadlines to individuals and leadership.
  • Manage the day-to-day tasks associated with licensing processes and ensure appropriate task distribution is allocated across the team. Assess current and future staffing needs.
  • Validate, document, and maintain a comprehensive compliance schedule, updating licensing procedures as needed.
  • Proactively meet with operations stakeholders to inform them of updates and upcoming changes in licensing or compliance processes.
What you'll bring a Licensing and Compliance Manager at Snapsheet:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in licensing & compliance required.
  • Proven experience in licensing and compliance within the insurance industry, preferably for an organization with 250+ licensees.
  • Familiarity with Sircon, SBS, and NIPR portals.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially in handling and analyzing large data sets.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Notary public designation is a plus.
