Internal-facing responsibilities:
- Day-to-day employee relations and issues
- Performance management and coaching managers
- Onboarding/offboarding coordination
- Company culture and engagement initiatives
- Internal policy development and communication
- Compensation planning and equity management
- Talent acquisition strategy and hiring coordination
PEO coordination:
- Being the primary contact with your Insperity specialist
- Ensuring payroll, benefits, and compliance items are handled properly
- Translating Insperity's services into actionable internal processes
- Managing the flow of information between employees and the PEO
- Escalating complex issues appropriately
