Location: San Francisco, CA
Industry: Healthcare Technology - Cardiac Data Management
Experience Required: 3+ years in healthcare or tech-enabled services

About RhythmScience

At RhythmScience, we're on a mission to unlock the power of cardiac data to improve human health. We're revolutionizing cardiac care by transforming massive volumes of information from implantable and wearable devices into actionable insights that save lives. Our cloud-based platform, Rhythm360®, provides the most comprehensive cardiac data management solution for managing hypertension, heart failure, and rhythm disorders.

We're dedicated to empowering clinicians and doctors with the tools they need to harness the power of cardiac data and improve patient care. By bridging the gap between cutting-edge devices and the valuable data they provide, we're ensuring that patients who could greatly benefit from these advancements have access to life-saving technology and insights.

Founded in 2019 and backed by leading healthcare investors including Cedars-Sinai Health Ventures, we partner with cardiology practices throughout the U.S. to deliver next-generation cardiac care through our integrated platform and clinically trained patient-engagement team.

About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to partner directly with our executive leadership team as we scale our cardiac data management platform and expand our impact on patient outcomes nationwide. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, people operations, and execution in the fast-paced healthtech environment.

As Chief of Staff, you'll serve as a force multiplier for our leadership team, driving critical initiatives that help us unlock cardiac data to improve human health.
