SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated financial analyst who will work closely with the Head of Finance in the development and maintenance of forecasts, financial models, budgets, reporting, KPI analysis, GTM and sales operation planning, and maintenance of key company financial schedules.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Support all financial planning and forecasting across the P&L, balance sheet, and company cash flows
• Work with members of the sales and GTM teams to create forecasting models and be a key asset to the company’s operational planning
• In depth analysis of company performance, key KPIs, budget-to-actuals, flux, and cohort analysis
• Work closely with the Finance, GTM, and Operations teams to track, adjust, monitor, fine-tune and continually improve the annual and monthly budgets.
• Implement ways of extracting and analyzing operational information, specifically as it relates to sales funnel metrics.
• Develop, maintain and improve the company’s financial models for analysis.
• Cross-departmental insights for the operations, marketing, sales development and sales teams to improve internal reporting processes, departmental budgets and non-financial KPIs.
• Ad hoc projects with finance and accounting teams.

KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

• An expert in Excel and Google Sheets, specifically in regards to financial modeling
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in finance, financial modeling and interpreting financial statements
• Very analytical and can operate quickly with the skills to data-mine, organize, and gain insights from raw financial information
• Knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards and the budgeting process across a high-growth organization
• Able to proactively communicate effectively across departments in a remote environment and accustomed to working towards deliverable deadlines
• Experience with Salesforce a plus
• Able to work independently and fully-remote while collaborating in a small team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possess the drive to learn and grow
