mPulse Mobile, Inc. is recruiting for our Los Angeles, CA: Software Engineer: Build up an ETL system using UNIX shell script, Python and SSH to achieve cross-server file processing on AWS. Implement backend and frontend services for deploying member engagement programs for healthcare services via Text, Voice, and Email using PHP with Symfony framework. Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and data dictionaries to ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity. Apply statistical methods on campaign metrics in Python to analyze campaign performance and guide customers with insights and recommendations to meet their ROI objectives. Improve and scale on existing products and infrastructure. Maintain all company’s virtual host configuration, including Apache webserver configuration and HTTPS/HTTP VH setup, DNS/CNAME/TXT/AAA record setup. Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement data governance and data security standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Full-time telecommuting is allowed. $130,611/yr. - $152,376/yr.

Education and Experience Required:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 3 months of experience.
