Description
Job Summary:
The Contract Coordinator/Specialist is responsible for management and provision of services related to contracts, contract compliance, and other contracting needs from internal mPulse team members, as well as assisting with sales, account management, and other relevant departments with contracting needs.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serve as a secondary contact for sales, account management, and other customer-facing departments with contracting questions, and contract management system troubleshooting.
- Assist the Contracts Analyst with oversight of the contract management system – and ensure completeness and accuracy of mPulse contracts, terms, and obligations once a contract is fully executed
- Assist the Director of Contracts and/or Contracts Analyst with contract template revisions
- Participate in the development and role of contracting training programs.
- Coordinate and manage the signature process both internally and externally
- Manage the organization and filing system of contracts
- Manage day-to-day activities associated with mPulse contract management solution and expand the scope and usage of the solution to ensure contract management best practices are being followed.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for mPulse Salesforce Administrator to monitor and manage requests and issues, coordinate and analyze scheduled and unscheduled data reporting requests, and continuously monitor workflow processes for needed updates.
- Triage and respond to contract requests with appropriate priority and professionally.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time

- Provides and sets goals and priorities for functional areas. May make recommendations for contracting policies, practices, and programs.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously including task delegation, project oversight, and resource allocation.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and self-motivating
- Technical aptitude with the ability to adapt, learn quickly, and teach others
- Proficient use of MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), Salesforce.com, project management tools, JIRA, etc. Experience with Apple products, including Macbooks is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and highly collaborative
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Minimum of 1-2 years related healthcare contracting experience.
- Experience in SaaS is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and sit throughout the entire work period.
- Ability to lift 10 lbs. weight.
