Job Summary:
The Implementation Consultant II manages advanced requirement gathering and validation, oversees the implementation process, and guides the implementation team. This role takes a strategic approach to ensure solutions meet customer objectives and drive continuous improvement. Level 2 consultants handle medium to complex projects and provide leadership to Level 1 consultants who may assist them.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead complex requirement gathering and documentation processes.
- Facilitate detailed discussions with customers to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage implementation projects, guiding project managers, solution design engineers, and testers.
- Lead medium to complex projects and guide Level 1 consultants.
- Collaborate with solution design engineers to ensure accurate solution configuration.
- Create and assist with test plans as needed.
- Assist Level 3 consultants on the most complex projects.
- Drive process improvements based on project outcomes and feedback.
Skills/Abilities/Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or solution consulting.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Extensive experience with SaaS products or similar technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and manage client expectations.
- Advanced understanding of SaaS technologies and implementation processes.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 10 lbs. weight.
