Job Summary:

The Program Test Lead oversees the testing lifecycle for the entire program, managing administrative reporting, triage, and metrics to ensure effective testing across the project. This role manages the flow of testing activities, ensures test plans are executed as per the SOW, and provides weekly updates to the Program Manager. The Program Test Lead plays a key customer-facing role, serving as the point of contact for escalations and test-related concerns.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure compliance with program-wide test plans, overseeing testing activities and metrics.
• Act as the customer liaison for all administrative tasks, testing concerns, and triage of issues.
• Generate reports and maintain metrics to monitor testing progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans for the program, ensuring alignment with SOW objectives.
• Provide weekly updates to the Program Manager on testing progress, potential issues, and key milestones.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the testing program.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the testing process and work with the team to implement improvements.

Skills/Abilities/Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, testing, or test management roles.
• Proven experience managing large-scale testing programs or projects.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing customer relationships and team collaboration.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and integration testing processes.
• Proficiency in test management tools and reporting systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Demonstrated experience leading testing efforts in a large, complex project or program.
• Strong understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and test plan development.
• Expertise in using testing tools, reporting systems, and metrics for program-level oversight.
• PMP or Agile certifications are a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs. weight.
