Duties and Responsibilities:

• Directly help configure client implementations of the HealthCrowd platform, which involves writing campaign scripts with PHP, and working directly with our product and client teams to get the information needed.
• Monitor and help resolve any issues with our production such as data, implementation, infrastructure, and server issues, including working with clients or internal users to troubleshoot issues in our applications.
• Work with the team to make sure HIPPA compliance deployment and security on the HealthCrowd platform are implemented.
• Work closely with Product Managers and client teams to get feedback for our applications and use that information to design and architect solutions with the engineering team.
• Work to create incident reports for client communication in conjunction with our product team to detail the impact of issues and what measures have been put into place to resolve them going forward.
• Work on code reviews to ensure software quality of code going into our applications and provide feedback to the engineering team so we can stick to software standards.
  

Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

• Hire candidates for the team and interview other cross-functional teams across the organization where there is alignment in skillsets to provide feedback on how to grow teams.
• Participate in client meetings to help understand client use cases and issues and provide technical feedback to sales and other internal teams on how we can develop solutions to meet their needs with our platform.
• Maintain code test coverage of applications and make sure the best practices with regard to testing are being followed, including checking test cases and ensuring that we have tests to meet our needs.
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field and 60 months of experience OR master's or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field and 24 months of experience.
