A day in the life of a Claims Customer Service Associate:
  • Build rapport and provide a positive customer service experience in a fast‐paced environment
  • Gather information upon receipt of a new loss by phone, fax or online
  • Answer incoming status calls and provide direction and/or answers to basic claim questions
  • Perform data processing tasks associated with new loss processing
  • Set‐up appraisal assignments
  • Promptly route incoming mail and faxes to the appropriate claims staff
  • Direct inbound claim calls to the proper staff representative
You’re a great match for this role if:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish, preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Receptive attitude and a desire to learn
  • High School diploma or equivalent
