Description

eBlu Solutions was founded in 2012 to help specialty medical practices manage the complex workflow associated with high-cost infusion and injection treatments. Simply put, our solution gets patients to treatment faster.

JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Provider Network Growth is a full-time, remote sales position focused on expanding our provider network. The role involves selling to community and alternative care sites, building and maintaining relationships with community practices, ambulatory infusion centers, and infusion management organizations.

Travel Note: Significant travel expectation to meet with prospective customers, attend trade shows, and visit corporate locations. (may exceed 50%).

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This role is responsible for qualifying and developing customer proposals and closing sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with the inside Provider Relations (PR) team to
  • Identifies growth opportunities
  • Conduct product demonstrations
  • Oversees onboardings, trainings, and implementations.
  • Attend key industry conferences, such as NICA and NORM, where the individual serves as an eBlu Solutions thought leader and expert.
  • Participation in key account review sessions is expected as needed.
  • Owns all provider contract activities
  • Supports marketing with provider campaign activities
  • Leads internal sales team
  • Maintains all company confidentiality
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Revenue Officer and/or company

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Proven sales and account management experience at the Director level and above

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7-10 years of previous relevant work experience
  • Experience with specialty pharmaceutical manufacturers or specialty pharmacies is beneficial.
  • Experience selling SaaS and/or technology solutions (e.g., inventory, EHR, revenue cycle) for a community-facing GPO or specialty distributor is advantageous.
  • Experience selling to provider sites using "buy and bill" drug reimbursement models with knowledge of benefits, prior authorization, and HUB service support.
  • Experience supporting specialty therapies in gastroenterology, immunology, neurology, and/or ophthalmology is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

OTHER SKILLS

  • Strong business development skills and existing relationships with providers in community clinics, AICs, and alternate care sites.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Pricing, and Customer Service for strategic alignment and business growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Independent and proactive work approach.
  • Must have excellent multitasking skills to allow for success in the role
  • Ability to pull, organize, and analyze data to help drive performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external partners
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
