The Role

Fairfield, NJ

Crafty is seeking a resilient, detail-oriented Lead Fulfillment Associate who brings reliable execution, strong problem-solving skills, and clear communication to our fulfillment center operations. In this role, you will help deliver the highest quality food and beverage experience for our clients by supporting inbound, outbound, inventory, and fulfillment workflows with accuracy and efficiency. You will also serve as an informal leader on the floor by collaborating with peers, mentoring and training team members, and helping the team stay accountable to operational standards.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Fairfield, New Jersey Fulfillment Center. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, with the following shifts:

  • Sunday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Monday - Thursday: 2 PM - 10:30 PM

Ideal Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in various warehouse roles with administrative and leadership responsibilities
  • Experience using warehouse management systems, Google Suite, E-commerce, and fulfillment platforms (Shopify & Shipstation) to execute in fulfillment responsibilities
  • Food and beverage industry experience
  • Parcel and LTL shipping experience

Role Goals

  • Goal #1 — Inventory Accuracy: The Lead Fulfillment Associate will achieve an inventory audit score at or above 98.5%, as measured by weekly inventory audits reviewed monthly, to ensure accurate product processing through the fulfillment center.
  • Goal #2 — Fulfillment Accuracy: The Lead Fulfillment Associate will maintain a hard error percentage of 2% or lower, as measured by quality investigation performance reporting in Tableau reviewed monthly, to ensure fulfillment accuracy.
  • Goal #3 — Units Per Hour (UPH): The Lead Fulfillment Associate will demonstrate consistent month-over-month improvement in Units Per Hour (UPH) by focusing on efficiency, time on task, and the active application of coaching and feedback from their manager, as measured by inbound and outbound units processed relative to labor hours reviewed monthly.

Our compensation amount for this role is starting at $25 per hour in New Jersey. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including cost of living based on location, candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
