As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Operations & Technology team. This role sits at the center of our AI and automation transformation - working across senior leadership, data teams, product, engineering, and operations to analyse problems, build business cases, and drive the adoption of new technologies. You will help us identify high-impact opportunities, shape strategic initiatives, and scale AI-enabled tools across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analyses of operational processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Product, and AI teams to understand business requirements and shape high-value initiatives.
- Structure complex business problems into clear opportunities, assessing business impact vs. effort and building supporting business cases.
- Identify, prioritise, and support delivery of AI and automation use cases across the organisation.
- Test and evaluate new technologies, run pilots, gather user feedback, and support adoption of AI-powered tools.
- Build and maintain dashboards, analytical models, and workflows to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Develop automated reporting and KPI frameworks to measure operational and technology performance.
- Create clear documentation, training materials, and communication plans to support change management and technology rollouts.
- Present insights, recommendations, and findings to senior leadership in a clear and structured way.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, Strategy, Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, corporate strategy, consulting, or technology/business analysis roles.
- Strong analytical skills with high data fluency; confident working with data sets, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
- Experience using data visualisation tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in AI, automation, digital transformation, or technology-led change initiatives.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards, analytical workflows, or data models.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Experience running discovery workshops, requirements gathering sessions, or stakeholder alignment activities.
- Interest in emerging technologies and willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches.
