If you combine this real-time data with our 40-year-old archives, elite journalists, camera operators, copywriters, the latest in AI wizardry, and a host of 'behind the scenes' support staff, you've got all the ingredients to make it a magical experience!

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate billing for the company’s customers.
  • Investigate billing-related queries and maintain complete and accurate customer records in Salesforce and the Oracle accounting system.
  • Carry out proactive, timely, and effective cash collection for an assigned customer portfolio, in line with the company’s cash collection policy.
  • Monitor and analyse customer accounts, identify reasons for non-payment, resolve issues, and collaborate with customers, the commercial team, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and issue statements of accounts and follow-up correspondence in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying, reporting, and helping to address gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Provide support, guidance, and backup to colleagues within the Accounts Receivable area.
  • Perform additional ad hoc tasks as required.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English (minimum B1).
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a goal-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in billing, cash collection, or customer service is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Oracle or another ERP system is an advantage.
