Responsibility:
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as it relates to volume, efficiencies, productivity, and quality.
- Responsible for maintaining, manage, and update dataset within the target date.
- Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
- Establish a strong relationship with Team Managers and management and acquire timely reports.
- Maintain a status on all projects and proactively communicate with management. Need to have and experience in Team Handling and Problem-solving Skill Strong multitasker, Reliable and accurate thinker
- Working and coordinating with the different teams globally and locally to fix data discrepancies. Ensure that all issues are resolved in accordance with internal or external SLA’s. Have the discipline to work as part of a team, to tight deadlines, in a high-pressure environment.
- Gaining additional vertical knowledge as a part of personal development and aligning with the Perform from anywhere concept.
- Email communication regarding day-to-day tasks / responsibility handover.
- Working closely with the executives to make sure that they achieve their objectives and move in the right direction towards their Career Development Goal.
