Our teams of technical experts specialize in harnessing live sporting data, using advanced cloud technologies, Java, JavaScript and Python. It is these tech teams that enable us to extract patterns through AI and Machine Learning and deliver our insights via APIs. In short, they turn complex data into magical experiences with cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities:

A Junior Technology Support Analyst is an important entry-level role within the TOC. Juniors act as the first point of contact for technology support, assisting with routine issues, monitoring alerts, and fulfilling service requests. This role provides an opportunity to learn across a wide range of technologies while contributing to the smooth operation of our services.

Junior Analysts work closely with senior analysts, developing their knowledge and skills through hands-on experience, guided learning, and structured processes. Over time, they will progress from handling straightforward tasks to supporting more complex monitoring and incident management activities.

Specifically, the role of the Junior Technology Support Analyst involves:

  • Logging and triaging incidents reported in ServiceNow.
  • Monitoring critical services and escalating observed issues.
  • Providing first-line support for back-office issues.
  • Fulfilling service requests according to documented processes.
  • Taking ownership of initial troubleshooting steps and documenting findings for efficient escalation
  • Learning to document processes and create simple knowledge base articles.
  • Participating in team training sessions and developing towards technical specialization.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for early-career professionals or fresh graduates who are enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn. Previous professional experience is not essential, but an interest in technology and a willingness to build skills are critical.

Skills and attributes that will help you succeed:

  • A genuine interest in technology and IT support.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems (Windows, Mac, or Linux).
  • Familiarity with common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint).
