The HR Business Partner will provide strategic and operational HR support, with a strong focus on US and EU labor law (understanding of Czech HR practices as an advantage). This role partners with business leaders, drives HR initiatives and ensures compliance in a multinational environment.

Job description:

• Act as a trusted HR advisor, providing guidance on HR matters with a focus on US and EU labor law.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and talent management processes.
• Drive employee engagement and retention strategies based on data and insights.
• Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with US and EU labor laws.
• Support performance management and salary review processes.
• Collaborate with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and workforce planning.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in HR management, advisory or business partnering in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of US and EU labor law; familiarity with Czech labor law as an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in HR systems & Microsoft Office tools.
• Must be based in Prague, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
