Program Overview

Stats Perform summer internship program is a paid 8 week full-time internship. Interns work together and individually within the organization to gain valuable experience and make an impact in sports technology. Not only will Stats Perform Interns have hands on experience in their field of study but there are awesome perks too! There will be activities, training sessions with other Stats Perform employees, and an end-of-summer presentation.

Position Overview

Stats Perform is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our HR Shared Services (HRSS) team at Stats Perform. As an HR Intern, you will support HR operations on a global scale, gaining exposure to various functions and wide-range of projects and the daily tasks of global, fast-moving HR center of excellence. The position will provide practical real-world experience

Responsibilities:

• Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all HR matters.
• Support the HRSS team with day-to-day HR operations, assisting employees and locations worldwide.
• Liaise across HR functions including Payroll, L&D, Reward, and Talent, maintain a friendly approach to all interactions.
• Comfortable tackling challenges and finding creative solutions, with the ability to communicate concisely to various stakeholders.
• Support with the growing use and automation of the ServiceNow system, responding to tickets with accuracy and professionalism, meeting service level expectations.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Eagerness and willingness to learn, be detail-oriented and enjoy working with people.
• Comfortable with identifying and pursuing creative problem solving and can effectively write and communicate in a concise manner to a variety of stakeholders.
