Program Overview

Stats Perform summer internship program is a paid 8 week full-time internship. Interns work together and individually within the organization to gain valuable experience and make an impact in sports technology. Not only will Stats Perform Interns have hands on experience in their field of study but there are awesome perks too! There will be activities, training sessions with other Stats Perform employees, and an end-of-summer presentation.

Position Overview

Stats Perform is seeking an energetic and passionate Sales intern supporting Stats Perform Sales department. The intern will gain valuable exposure to a wide-range of Sales and social media centered projects. The position will provide practical real-world experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in documenting and analyzing engagement metrics for both internal Stats Perform social media accounts and external prospect and client accounts.
• Help optimize social media content for different platforms and audiences.
• Assist with creating and analyzing social media reports for stakeholders and generate related client case-studies.
• Help identify new target prospects and do background research on prospects to assist our sales team in driving new business

Required Qualifications:

• Social media expertise: Familiarity with major platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc., including their unique features and audience demographics. Ability to manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and interact with followers.
• Data analysis proficiency: Experience with data analysis tools like Excel and/or other platforms. Ability to collect, interpret, and visualize social media data to measure performance.
• Marketing/sales acumen: Understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques. Ability to identify target audiences, develop marketing strategies, and craft persuasive messaging.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving: Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and propose creative solutions to improve social media campaigns.
• Communication and collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues, clients, and followers. Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Adaptability and initiative: Willingness to learn new things, stay updated on industry trends, and take initiative on projects.
