Our teams of technical experts specialize in harnessing live sporting data, using advanced cloud technologies, Java, JavaScript and Python. It is these tech teams that enable us to extract patterns through AI and Machine Learning and deliver our insights via APIs. In short, they turn complex data into magical experiences with cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities:

As a priority, HR assistant will handle the majority of employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment screening, candidate database maintenance and onboarding procedures.

Ensuring the HR department conforms to these is key. Assisting with any other administrative tasks as and when they arise may be necessary.

HR Assistant will provide effective, timely and accurate administrative support throughout all stages of the recruitment lifecycle from raising requisitions to onboarding new starters. You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service, whilst dealing with high volumes of various administrative work in a fast-paced environment, dealing with conflicting priorities and multiple internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible to meet the timeframes and deadlines.

You will:

- Set up interviews and correspond with prospective employees in a timely manner.

- Ensure contracts are sent and acknowledged by new starters. All the statutory self-attested documents are collected and stored.

- Prepare and send relevant letters to employees.

- Respond promptly to all internal and external stakeholders’ queries professionally and accurately, ensuring customer service levels are maintained.

- Ensure all HR hard copy and electronic personnel data is kept in accordance with the HR retention and the General Data Protection Regulation.

- Performs periodic audits to HR files and records to ensure the HR database and systems are up to date and accurate.

- Review and update both physical and digital archive.

- Assist with day to day operations of HR functions and duties, including payroll functions.

- Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event).

- Maintain a cordial approach with all the departments you liaise with.

- Build reports, dashboards on HR data, prepare report to analyse trends.

Desired Qualifications:

You will have experience of working to a high standard within a recruitment administration function, with knowledge of delivering general office-based tasks and responsibilities, holding a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be highly proficient in Microsoft office packages, particularly Outlook and Web Technologies. It would also be ideal, but not essential if you have any experience of using Oracle and Office365. You will also need experience of dealing sensitively and appropriately with confidential information.
