More about the role: You are responsible for supporting the team of Team Leads and Country Operations Specialists in Fast Data Operations, APAC. Your main task is to deliver and implement consistent training procedures that maintain a high-quality Scout network. Additionally, you will ensure we have local strategies in place to manage risk, integrity, Scout wellbeing and a joined-up approach to official stadium access. Next to that, you will manage some communication to the team of Data Collectors ensuring they are fully aware of changes in procedures, processes, coverage and the overall purpose of Data Operations. Lastly, you will regularly review the operational structure to efficiently collect the required content and continuously launch initiatives to meet KPIs and improve the performance of the network. This is an exciting role for someone who has excellent communication skills and has the ability to engage and enable people to perform at their best, to set priorities, goals and timetables to achieve maximum productivity and to adapt to changing business needs, cultures, conditions and work responsibilities.
