Stats Perform is the market leader in sports tech. We provide the most trusted sports data to some of the world's biggest organizations, across sports, media, and broadcasting.

Through the latest AI technologies and machine learning, we combine decades' worth of data with the latest in-game happenings. We then offer coaches, teams, professional bodies, and media channels around the world, access to the very best data, content, and insights. In turn, improving how sports fans interact with their favorite sports teams and competitions.

We succeeded thanks to a team of amazing people. They spend their days collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from a wide range of live sporting events. If you combine this real-time data with our 40-year-old archives, elite journalists, camera operators, copywriters, the latest in AI wizardry, and a host of 'behind the scenes' support staff, you've got all the ingredients to make it a magical experience!

Your duties will include:

  • Recruitment & onboarding: Collaborate with the TA Team to manage the recruitment process and ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires. Engage in succession planning and development for key talent.
  • Employee exit management: Oversee the leaver process with the HR Services team to ensure timely and accurate handling. Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover rates to improve retention and engagement.
  • Performance & productivity: Drive employee productivity by managing absence, long-term sickness, and performance improvement processes. Lead performance reviews, goal setting, and recognition of high performers.
  • Reward & compensation: Work with the Reward team to support compensation, incentives, and benefits. Manage performance reviews, salary reviews, and bonus processes.
  • Organizational development: Handle job design, role relationships, and evaluations. Promote workplace equality and support employee health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • HR administration & systems: Ensure accurate and timely completion of HR administration tasks. Maintain knowledge of HR systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Employee engagement & communication: Foster engagement through participation in surveys and action plans. Promote the company's code of conduct, values, and strategic communications.

Required Qualifications:

  • An expert in HR consultancy and advisory
  • Experience and knowledge of HR processes, strong labour law and industrial relations knowledge for Ireland
  • Facilitation skills, experience in change and project management
  • Experience in coaching employees and managers at all levels
  • Degree in a relevant field OR equivalent experience
  • Working experience in multinational companies
  • Proficient in use of MS Office
  • Ideally knowledge of Oracle HR System
