We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Payments with a deep understanding of the iGaming payments industry. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our payments strategy as it pertains to sports betting and iGaming in collaboration with the company's leadership team. You'll provide strategic direction for the creation of new payments & affordability products leveraging and refinement of our existing product portfolio. Serving all of the world's top iGaming brands your expertise in product management, payments and iGaming/sports betting will be crucial in establishing and maintaining our position at the forefront of the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Stats Perform’s global payments product strategy and planning how to deploy innovative payment solutions together with our clients.
  • Work with partners in merchant acquiring, payment processing services and the broader landscape of fintech’s/e-wallets and finance orchestrators to conceptualise and bring to market groundbreaking new payments services for sportsbooks and iGaming operators.
  • Work with our marketing team on go to market strategy for these products across the USA – tailoring your approach on a state-by-state basis where necessary.
  • Grow our nascent payments & affordability propositions into a significant force and disruptor within the industry.
  • Working closely with both clients and dedicated sales teams to secure integrations with new and existing clients

Required Qualifications:

  • Outstanding knowledge of and experience in payments – including the lifecycle from merchant acquiring and issuing to payment processing. Including the interaction of card services with the networks and banking partners.
  • Clear understanding of the challenges faced in iGaming and sports betting pertaining to payments both by the operators themselves and by their customers.
  • Understand the levers that operators care most about as they pertain to payments and ability to conceptualise and articulate where we will be able to solve these challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Ability to interface with 3rd party partners in bringing solutions to market and being able to understand which partners will be most effective in achieving our objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of current trends in sports betting, igaming and payments.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of technical workflows, with the ability to oversee and guide complex technical projects related to payments products.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in sportsbetting / iGaming.

• Experience with affordability and/or credit assessment services.

• Experience in a payment's organisation.
