In this role as Technical Success Manager you will be on placement at Qatar Stars League (QSL) headquarters in Doha, directly supporting this strategic customer as they work to derive maximum value from their licensed Stats Perform products. This is a hybrid role, with aspects of customer support and in-country operations. While working from our customers office, there will also be a degree of off-site and in-stadium activity also.

Supporting local operations on the ground, along with being responsible for local system installation and performance, this is the chance to work in partnership with the QSL to drive results for Stats Perform and Qatari football.

  • Manage the systems installation and calibration.
  • Manage system maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • If required and requested, to operate the portable camera systems in any relevant competitions.
  • Perform time-critical activities to support the operations of data analysis, some of which may involve post-game work.
  • Provide technical support to QSL Football Development Department in producing customized analysis and data reports.
  • Ensure that all required reports are delivered on time.
  • If required and requested, to provide training and technical support to QSL Football Development Department members and QSL Clubs Performance Analysts.
  • Meet with QSL club coaches to provide additional information about the technical reports and if required training about on the Stats Perform products.
  • Participate in regional sales activity as a product subject-matter expert, as needed. You will not be responsible for a quota.
  • Work in conjunction with a global team of technical success managers in support of other customers’ requests, liaise with technical items relating to Stats Perform implementations delivering on Stats Perform customer success strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the sports team performance software space
  • Experience providing software technical support in a customer-facing role
  • Desire to become a subject-matter expert in Stats Perform’s Team Performance software suite
  • Experienced with data analytics and reporting tools, in the delivery of performance reports
  • An ability to persuasively present information relating to Stats Perform’s products to customers
  • Available for extended placement in Doha, Qatar

Desired Qualifications:

  • Existing knowledge of Stats Perform’s Team Performance product suite
  • Subject-matter expertise in Football (Soccer) data analysis
  • Working knowledge of Qatari culture and customs
  • Previous account management experience
  • Knowledge and experience of working with APIs and feeds
