Responsibilities:

As a successful Team Lead, Technical Success at Stats Perform you will have direct responsibility for leading a team of Technical Success Managers (TSMs) and be responsible for directly managing a subset of the customer facing activities of a Technical Success Manager, a true player/coach role.

As a team leader you will be responsible for overseeing the TSMs on your team to ensure optimum resource planning is in place to meet the objectives and workflow of the team. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, developing team members through coaching and mentorship, holding them accountable to their goals and responsibilities.

Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure prospective and contracted customers are provided a seamless integration of the services. Form a deep understanding of the Trading and Consumer products to make informed decisions for your customers and team.

Ensure that customers are receiving the maximum value from of their licensed products, leveraging strong communication skills, along with your knowledge of the sports industry and the Stats Perform’s operational organisation.

Your role will also include:

  • Being the voice of the customer internally and be the voice of the business externally.
  • Provide technical consultancy to the customers, working closely with the commercial and success teams to help onboard our varied Bet products depending on the customer needs and requirements.
  • Act as an escalation path directly from the customers or from the support teams for any or all technical issues with the Bet product verticals.
  • Liaise with the Operations teams to ensure data capture, quality and delivery is line with our commercial agreements.
  • Collaborate with the Product, Engineering and Network teams on the customer onboarding strategies for new products and features whilst helping develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve the customer experience.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations and be an active arm in the product feedback loop within the business for all the Bet product verticals.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service to customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-years experience in a client facing role preferably from a data / media / technology or betting services industry or experience in service integration management.
  • Previous people or team leadership experience, where you can demonstrate the ability to provide clear direction, motivate a team to achieve desired results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Technical aptitude with a good understanding of software systems, development processes, and IT infrastructure is desired, especially in APIs and data feeds.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Keen attention to detail, organisational skills, ability to adapt, multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound sports knowledge.
