ABOUT THE ROLE

The Enrollment Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the enrollment process for our plans and clinicians. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in enrolling in government and commercial payors. This position is responsible for preparing, submitting and tracking applications and supporting documentation through to activation and thereafter. The Enrollment Specialist will have a strong understanding of healthcare, with passion and the ability to navigate the ever-changing enrollment environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage the enrollment process for new and existing clinicians, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all government and commercial requirements.
  • Coordinate with government and commercial payors to understand all unique requirements, processing timeframes, and facilitate smooth and efficient enrollment processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clinicians, answering questions and assisting with enrollment-related inquiries.
  • Serves as Array’s enrollment SME for enrollment-related requirements.
  • Support RCM and collaborate on potential enrollment related claim issues.
  • Maintain credentialing information in CAQH profiles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline enrollment processes and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit enrollment reports to management and regulatory agencies as required.
  • Submit rosters as required for delegated credentialing agreements.
  • Ensure full system utilization allowing complete transparency into the state of each enrollment, and proof of submission, follow through, and approval documentation.
  • Keep detailed resources and thorough training materials on each payor and their requirements allowing for visibility and reporting.
  • Performs other duties as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in enrollment or billing with government and commercial payors.
  • Experience and highly skilled in a variety of credentialing software.
  • Strong knowledge and experience complying with NCQA standards, CMS guidelines, and multiple state regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using the following software:
    • Microsoft 365 programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
    • PECOS
    • State Medicaid portals
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Constantly operate at a computer and other related peripherals such as a keyboard, mouse, headset, etc.
  • Must remain in a stationary position most of the time working.
  • Frequent communication via remote meeting software, softphones, or cell phones.
  • Predominantly working in the employees’ home, indoor, office setup.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • The pay range for this role is $27.91 - $29.75 an hour. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data. The final offer will be determined based on an individual's skills, years of experience, education, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
