THE ROLE
The Senior Performance Marketing Manager leads the strategy and implementation of digital marketing across all channels for some of the largest and highest visibility partnerships, as well as leading strategic communication with clients and internal stakeholders. This role reports directly to the Manager/Director of Digital Marketing.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to drive client communication and strategy discussions with limited support needed from senior management
- Support training junior performance marketing managers
- Consistently innovate and implement new marketing strategies and opportunities beyond core search and display/social efforts
- Actively involved in cross-department collaboration efforts
LEADERSHIP/MANAGEMENT RESPONSABILITIES
- Provide support and problem-solving assistance to junior performance marketing managers
- Directly manages digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social and display channel
THE REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in digital marketing
- 4+ years of SEM experience
- 4+ years of social marketing experience
- Strong time and project management skills
- High level of interest and/or experience with data mining and analytics
- Familiarity with education industry specific trends and general marketing best practices
- Experience managing and developing cross-channel strategies between paid search, paid social organic and display campaigns
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with digital marketing platforms such as:
- Google Ads Editor,
- Microsoft Ads,
- Facebook Ads Manager,
- Google Analytics,
- Google Tag Manager,
- Thorough knowledge and experience with general office software such as
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 + years of relevant digital marketing experience
- Google AdWords Certified
- Past experience working with a bid management tool such as Marin, Search Force, DoubleClick, etc.
- A/B testing experience
- High verbal and written communication skills
- Experience leading and motivating teams
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Some travel (2-3 times per year) may be required
