THE ROLE
The Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for being the bridge between marketing strategy and sales execution.
This role plays a key role in Archer’s growth strategy by aligning marketing insights, content, and narrative with sales activity. This role ensures Sales has strong assets, automated workflows, and a content-informed strategy that drives growth. This role shapes how Archer shows up at conferences, in proposals, and in campaign touchpoints.
The position reports to the Director of Corporate Marketing and plays a critical role in supporting Archer’s market position and narrative through high-quality content and experiences.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Content & Market Research:
- Develop briefs for thought leadership, HEMJ articles, and conference content based on partnerships, internal insights and market trends.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure content strategy is carried throughout the partner journey, including list management, audience segmentation, etc.
- Collaborate with Design & Content teams to repurpose assets across multiple formats, (ex: decks, one pager, email campaigns, and paid efforts)
Brand Experience:
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to shape conference messaging, calls to action, and follow-up content.
- Research and manage conference schedules, including dates, costs, exhibit deadlines, and proposals.
- Develop frameworks for branded experiences: booth layout and design, exhibitor messaging, and post-conference experiences.
- Coordinate logistics for booth materials, shipping, registration, and setup.
- Collaborate with Sales to enhance conference experiences with networking events, branded materials, and prospecting activities.
Sales Enablement:
- Support proposal writing for RFPs by coordinating completion plans, initial drafts, and document submissions.
- Maintain and evolve sales templates, including the RFP Master Template and sales decks, collaborating with subject matter experts, corporate marketing, and design teams.
- Translate sales team feedback into content, design requests, or updates.
- Develop a quarterly audit process for Sales email content and campaign performance.
- Design, implement, and manage prospecting and lead nurturing workflows in HubSpot.
- Lead internal trainings on how to use assets, stories, and automation tools
Project Management:
- Support the processes that integrate sales, marketing, and partnership feedback (ex: retros, campaign recaps, conference debriefs)
- Manage creative tasks, resources, and timelines for sales and marketing enablement activities, including workshops, design projects, etc.
THE REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- General knowledge of marketing, event planning, and sales support processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Google Drive).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with digital platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, LinkedIn).
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Leads and owns sales and marketing operational processes.
- Ability to manage expectations across teams.
- This role serves on the Sales Operations taskforce and related improvement teams
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least two years of experience in marketing, sales support, event coordination, or project management.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Remote work with occasional in-person travel for events (approximately 5–10% of time).
- Typical physical demands of office work (sitting, typing, light lifting of up to 20 pounds).
- Must be able to work flexible hours to meet deadlines during busy periods (e.g., pre-conference, RFP deadlines).
