THE ROLE
The Enrollment CRM Administrator position is a hybrid role with two core responsibilities: support Archer’s Enrollment teams as a CRM Administrator and help maintain enrollment data and process needs. A successful person in this role will be able to translate stakeholder needs into action within our CRM system (Verity CRM) and act as a leader and expert in our enrollment management reporting. This entails a range of oversight of work, including CRM set up, maintenance and troubleshooting. Other duties include partnering with multiple stakeholders to identify process improvement, and new application implementation, as well as providing reporting and analysis to Archer leadership.
This role will report to the VP of Enrollment Services and will be tasked with managing day-to-day CRM workflows and Enrollment team reporting, as well as serve as our main point of contact for Verity CRM.
This is a full-time remote role.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with VP of Enrollment Services, Director of Admissions, and Associate Director of Marketing Automation to determine overall project, CRM, and quality assurance standards and goals
- Responsible for new partner set ups, enhancing CRM workflows, clean ups, and systems maintenance
- Set up and assign new user permissions within CRM
- Identify and implement business process improvements and related business enhancements to improve functional use
- Investigate CRM-related issues, and partner with appropriate departments to resolve
- Work with Archer’s Product team and CRM partner to maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform
- Maintain library of supporting user documentation, quick reference guides, and training presentations
- Ensure lead management and data accuracy processes are working as expected within the CRM on a daily basis
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Enrollment team tools to enhance visibility into the student management process
- Analyze data and work with stakeholders to improve its accuracy as necessary from various electronic systems to develop robust daily and weekly reporting across the admissions and enrollment lifecycle per partner
- Provide operations reports with corresponding analysis as required
- Respond to reporting requests from Enrollment leadership as well as other departments
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of experience
- Thorough knowledge of CRM tools and functionality
- Thorough knowledge of spreadsheets (Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel) and working with complex data: VLOOKUPs and pivot table experience a plus
- Ability to train users on CRM, including basic usage and troubleshooting
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including 3rd party vendors
- Must be able to learn and adapt to various technology systems
