THE ROLE

The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns across all channels, as well as identifying and acting on opportunities within each campaign to improve results. This role reports directly to the VP of Digital Marketing.

This is a full-time remote role.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across major search networks such as Google and Bing
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social and display platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Effectively communicate strategy and campaign performance with clients and internal stakeholders via calls and presentations
  • Regularly develop and implement A/B testing plans for ad creative and landing pages in partnership with internal and external creative teams

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Working Knowledge: Education industry specific trends and general marketing best practices, time and project management
  • General knowledge: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Thorough knowledge: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience in digital marketing
  • 1+ years of SEM experience
  • 1+ years of social marketing experience
  • Some travel (2-3 times per year) may be required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of relevant digital media experience
  • Google AdWords Certification
  • Prior experience with bid management platforms and tools such as Marin, SearchForce, DoubleClick, etc.
  • A/B testing experience
  • Data mining & analytics
