LevelBlue combines AI-powered security operations, advanced threat intelligence, and elite human expertise to provide the most comprehensive portfolio of strategic advisory, managed security, offensive security, and incident response services.Job will involve strong Cross-Functional ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Deal & Financial Solution Operations Analyst works closely with: Solution Architecture / Solution DesignDeal Desk / Commercial OperationsSales / Account SupportVendor & Procurement InterfaceLegal / Contract ReviewFinance / BillingService Delivery / OperationsFinancial Business Operations Key Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in deal operations, sales operations, commercial operations, deal desk, solution operations, order management, procurement, or a related field.Experience managing complex B2B technology, telecommunications, cybersecurity, managed services, or similar solutions preferred.Strong understanding of the relationship between solution design, pricing, contracting, procurement, service delivery, and billing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to interpret pricing, quotes, contracts, purchase documentation, and customer requirements.Strong understanding of commercial and financial concepts, including margin, pricing, discounts, costs, and revenue.Strong project and workflow management skills.Ability to work effectively across multiple departments without direct authority.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable operating in both manual and automated processes.Experience with CRM, CPQ, SSPP, ERP, procurement, contract management, or billing systems preferred.Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or university degree is a plus.
